Donn Bar Mitzvah
The brief
This client were looking for the WOW factor for their sons Bar Mitzvah, starting with the venue which we attended multiple site visits with them, once the venue was decided on we then helped them to find their perfect entertainment package to ensure their guests didn’t leave the dancefloor all-night…. and they didn’t disappoint. We helped to arrange and choose the décor, stationary items, production and liaised with the bar team and caterer to produce an amazing evening. The week leading up to the event we collected all items from the client and took them to the venue on the day and set the room up to their specific requests.
The Result
We can’t thank Ben and Hayley enough. They were a pleasure to work with and made everything stress free. We felt like guests at our own son’s barmitzvah! Thankyou so much for making it a great night. Xx

Levene Bar Mitzvah
The brief
For their sons Bar Mitzvah this family really wanted to push the boat out. We had the theme – ‘star wars’ and our “mission” was to help create this theming along with a fantastic night for both the kids and adults.
We took the challenge with both hands and the result… what can we say.. incredible.
As well as planning the party we also helped this client with their Friday night dinner at home and family party event on Saturday after shul, we set up tables, chairs and linens in their own home and hired in bar staff and caterers so the client really could just be a guest the whole weekend at their own event.
The Result
To Ben Morrison and all the team at we are events what can I say…… thank you for everything you’ve done for us…. it’s been a pleasure working with you over the last year leading up to Joey’s Bar Mitzvah a week ago.
Your patience seems to have no bounds and you took all the stress out of the weekend, your advice and work ethic has been simply out of this world.
They say life is about making memories so thank you for giving us a weekend to remember for the rest of our lives.

Marshall Bat Mitzvah
The brief
This family wanted something simple yet incredibly beautiful for their Daughters Bat Mitzvah. After sadly their venue closed down in the middle of planning we decided to change the whole theming and style of the event. We found a new venue and dressed the room to perfection finding unique suppliers to create some beautiful pieces for this special night.
The Result
After getting stressed planning batmitzvah 1 and 2, by number 3 we knew we needed help, and We Are Events were incredible!! They made the planning process a breeze and on the night it couldn’t have gone any better!! Thank you Ben and Hayley for everything! Xxx

Moss Bar Mitzvah
The brief
This client wanted something different for their sons Bar Mitzvah and decided on a weekend in the comfort of their own home, in a marquee in the garden. We helped to plan the Friday night dinner, Saturday afternoon tea party after shul and then turned this around into a cool garden festival on the Sunday including a live band and rodeo! We do love a challenge and the fact that the client changed their garden a few months before the event didn’t deter us!
The Result
Ben, Hayley and all the team, I wanted to say a huge thank you on creating an amazing weekend for my son’s barmitzvah. You went above and beyond to make sure everything was incredible. Only 2 1/2 years till the next one. Highly recommend.
