A question we often get asked is “What exactly is Event Management?” This is because most of our work should actually be behind the scenes! No dramas, no panics, no fuss, just us!

Event Management is different for many companies and the thing that sets We Are Events apart as a company is that no one offers the full range of services that we do. Our client interaction is paramount to the service we provide before, during and after your event. We schedule calls and face to face meetings throughout the planning process and are always contactable to go through anything that may be on your mind. We can help you to generate inspirational and unique ideas for your event and also listen to exactly what you want and help you to implement that into your day. We do what you require – it really is as simple as that.

We have a range of packages that we have produced from our past event experiences that we feel offers something specific to each client’s requirements; however we understand that everyone is looking for something different so we are not rigid to these packages and would definitely be willing to discuss how we could help you.

Our Services

Full Event ManagementWe are part of your event from the day you book us. We can source venues, visit them with you and also source every single contractor that you require. We plan mood boards for you to put your vision on paper and come up with theming options for you. We make sure we work to your budget and provide you with budget planners and up to date expenditure so you always know exactly what you have spent. We work with you and insist on your involvement to make sure it’s your event. We only take full control of the event on the day, so you do not have to worry or think about anything. No worries, no stress and no problems.

On The Day ManagementOn the day we want you to be a guest at your own event. We take care of everything for you, we deal and liaise with all contractors on your behalf and ensure the day runs smoothly with no hiccups – from the beginning to the end!

Room Set UpWe will set up your room(s) for you, liaising with all contractors and ensuring every minute detail is in place and exactly where you would like it.

Venue FindingWe know that finding the perfect venue is one of the most important details for your event. Our understanding of what you are looking for and the range of venue knowledge we have, from small intimate events to a huge palatial feel (or somewhere in between) will help you to find the perfect venue.

Item SourcingWe can source any items for you from centrepieces, linens, cakes, flowers to name but a few. Anything you wish for, we can provide for you; with multiple quotes to ensure you are happy with both the items and the price.

Contractor SourcingWe have a list of trusted suppliers we use on a weekly basis that we can recommend to you. If we don’t have what you are looking for we will find a contractor that has only the best recommendations, that we trust and more so one that delivers to the highest standard for the best price.
