There are not enough superlatives to describe Ben and his team, outstanding is just one that springs to mind. We got married on the 28th May but from the start Ben was superb in helping us to plan and organise the day, ensuring Amanda and I did nothing but enjoy the most incredible and important day of our lives.

The organisation of Ben and his team were faultless, ensuring all the countless suppliers and contractors were coordinated leading up and on the wedding day, putting us totally at ease and allowing us to just enjoy our wedding. Where do we start with a recommendation for Ben and his team?

We had a clear idea of what we wanted for our wedding but we were looking for someone that would help us pull it all together and, above all, run things on the day so that we could enjoy the celebrations.

From our very first meeting, Ben was such a joy to work with. He listened to all our ideas and gave us great advice based on his experience. Everything was so easy – his standard response was ‘no problem, I’ll sort that’ and he was true to his word in every instance.

We met a couple of other wedding planners before Ben but what struck us as unique about him was his calming presence. Both in the planning and on the day itself he was a cool, unphased problem solver. There was no flapping, shouting or prancing around with an earpiece and clipboard. On a day that could have been overwhelming, it was great to know that we didn’t have to worry about any of the logistics, but could instead enjoy every moment. In fact, on the day itself, the only times we saw him was when he was making sure that the waiters were coming to us with reception food – a really nice touch.

Wow! What can we say?

Ben and team, from the start of our wedding planning to the end of the night, you were absolutely fantastic! In advance of the day, you thought of absolutely everything and completely took the stress away! Liaising with us and with the different providers you co-ordinated everything exceptionally. You’re advice and guidance was excellent and no phone call or email was too much trouble, and you did everything with a relaxed attitude and a smile! You are superman with endless time and knowledge!

I honestly don’t know how the day would have been without you…you handled absolutely everything and brought a sense of calm to the madness! When the taxi booth couldn’t come inside, you sorted it, when the mechitza didn’t turn up, you sorted it, when my dress needed safety pins, you sorted it! We had a truly magnificent magical day, totally stress free as we knew you had it under control and trusted you!

You helped make our dream wedding come true, keeping my parents relaxed and stress free in the run up and on the day…that is something I cannot thank you enough for!
