Innovation Africa: Manchester Talk
The brief
Innovation Africa wanted to spread their company name throughout the UK and made visits to a number of UK placed including Manchester. As part of the visit we arranged a full evening with food and drink, full production and managing of guests.
The Result
After a full consideration process, Ben and the team at We Are Events were brought on board to help with the organising of this one-off event.
From start to finish, absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always at the end of the phone which was of much reassurance.
Their attention to detail was impressive enabling the event, which was considered a great success by all involved, to run seamlessly.
I would have no hesitation in looking to Ben and his We Are Events team to organise future events on behalf of the ZCC.

International Decorative Surfaces: 20th Anniversary Celebration
The brief
IDS were celebrating their 20th anniversary and wanted to organise a dinner for around 250 people in Manchester to celebrate this occasion. We provided full event management and helped them to have one amazing night packed full of entertainment, beautiful décor and great food.
The Result
We Are Events made our lives so much easier. It was a pleasure to have you on hand and know that we didn’t have to worry about anything. It really was perfect and we certainly couldn’t have done it without you, thanks again J! The help and support you both gave in the run up to the event and on the night itself was invaluable, we certainly couldn’t have done it without you J Knowing that we only had to say something to you once and it would be dealt with was so reassuring.
We have received lots of lovely comments from guests (staff, suppliers and customers), and I know they all had a fab time, so it was worth it all in the end…!

Priority Law: Company and Office Launch
The brief
Priority were a new law firm that had built a purpose made building in Wilmslow. They wanted to arrange a fun party launch to show current, previous and future clients their offices, whilst offering food, drink and live music.
The Result
I cannot recommend Ben and We Are Events highly enough. Ben was extremely organised and would answer any question/query really quickly – it genuinely felt like he would do anything to make the night run as smoothly as possible which I am pleased to say it did.

Highview Power: New Site Opening | 5 June 2018
The brief
Highview power were launching their new site in Pilsworth and needed on the day and pre-event support.
The Result
Highview Power would like to place on record our thanks to Ben & Hayley for the support they provided for our Pilsworth Power Plant Opening Ceremony. Both Ben and Hayley were professional, adaptable and very keen to ensure our event ran smoothly to be a success.
